National Flower Stamps Series

A series of stamps featuring the National flowers of six countries around the world: the United States (Rose), Bangladesh (Water Lily), South Korea (Rose of Sharon), Nigeria (Yellow Trumpet), Chile (Chilean Bellflower), and Norway (Bergfrue). The goal of this project is to highlight each of these countries’ visual beauty and cultural identities.

The illustration style used for these stamps is heavily inspired by Cubism in order to bring visual interest. Each stamp showcases a system of three to four unique colors for each national flower. Additionally, the colors black and white are incorporated to create contrast.
